Tired of your lack of exercise and need to lose a couple of pounds? Well, join us for Prayfit! We use the Prayfit 33-Day Total Body Challenge DVD, a 33-day workout system for a healthy body and strong spirit. While this DVD features a 33 day workout, we will be using it every Tuesday and Thursday and you are encouraged to engage in similar exercise during the other days of the week.
This DVD combines cardio, strength and core moves for total body results in a limited amount of time. The CARDIO components help strengthen endurance and can improve the health of your circulation and respiratory systems.
